Plano Debt

Plano Debt. The obligations of Plano Hospital under that certain Loan Agreement, dated as of July 30, 2015 between Plano Hospital and LegacyTexas Bank, guaranteed by Parent pursuant to the Subordinated Guaranty, as amended, restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with this Agreement and the Plano Subordination Agreement.
