Plans and Specifications
Plans and Specifications. Means those certain plans and architectural, engineering, design and construction drawings and other construction documents for the Projects more particularly described on Exhibit "BC" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, together with any revisions or additions thereto as may be mutually agreed upon between Landlord and Tenant.

Plans and Specifications. Plans and Specifications. Shall mean, collectively, the architectural and engineering plans and specifications relating to the Work or any portion thereof, all of which must be acceptable to Agent in its reasonable discretion, as listed on EXHIBIT "E" attached hereto as the same are supplemented from time to time.
