Plans. The final 'as-built' plans and specifications for the Improvements

Plans. Means (a) the surveys, easement or plot plans and sketches, (b) engineering plans, including electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilating, water or sewer or drainage system plans, diagrams, schematics, and other pictorial representations of physical objects, regardless of medium.
