Example Definitions of "Plateau and Lunada Existing Products"
Plateau and Lunada Existing Products. Shall mean the Plateau and Lunada Products listed as items 1 and 2 in Exhibit B hereto which were or are in production on or prior to the Effective Date, and, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding any improvements, modifications, additions or enhancements by DESIGNER to such Products after the Effective Date.
