Platform Worker

Platform Worker. A natural person or entity that provides services to the Company or any Parent or Subsidiary of the Company available through the Company's internet-based marketplace platform or system. A Platform Worker must be a natural person or entity to whom the issuance of Shares registered on Form S-8 under the Securities Act is permitted under the Final Rules
