Pledge Agreement

Pledge Agreement. Means that certain Securities Pledge Agreement of even date herewith entered into by the Reorganized Debtors in favor of the Trustee, as modified, amended, and/or restated from time to time.

Pledge Agreement. The term "Pledge Agreement" shall mean the Pledge Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit B attached hereto, which secures a Participant's obligations under the Promissory Note by providing the Company with a security interest in shares of Series D Preferred acquired by such Participant in the Offering with the proceeds of a loan under the Loan Program.

Pledge Agreement. Means the Pledge Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by the Executive in favor of Safety Holdings, Inc.

Pledge Agreement. Shall mean collectively (a) that certain Pledge Agreement delivered by Mezzanine Borrower to Mezzanine Lender and (b) that certain Pledge Agreement delivered by Blackstone Hospitality Acquisition III L.L.C. to Mezzanine Lender, each in connection with the Mezzanine Loan.

Pledge Agreement. Means the Pledge Agreement in the form of Exhibit D attached hereto executed by Buyer Sub.

Pledge Agreement. Means the Pledge Agreement dated as of even date herewith pursuant to which the equity interests of certain of Miller's direct and indirect Subsidiaries are pledged to the Senior Lender.

Pledge Agreement. Means the Pledge Agreement of even date herewith in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.

Pledge Agreement. Means the Pledge and Security Agreement in form and substance as set forth in Exhibit D hereto.

Pledge Agreement. Means the Pledge Agreement, dated as of November 16, 2001, among the Company, Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, National Association, as Collateral Agent and Securities Intermediary, and The Bank of New York, as Purchase Contract Agent, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
