Example Definitions of "Pledge"
Pledge. As defined in the Recitals.
Pledge. Shall mean this Stock Pledge Agreement (Security Agreement), as the same may from time to time be amended or supplemented.
Pledge. Shall mean, with respect to any GATE Universal Conforming Loan, the percentage amount shown in the School Pledge row in Exhibit B to this agreement or in any School-Specific GATE Universal Product Offering approved by Program Lender. Pledge. Shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Pledge.
