PLEDGED CERTIFICATES
PLEDGED CERTIFICATES. Means all stock certificates evidencing the Interests and all other stock certificates, options or rights of any nature whatsoever that may be issued or granted by Corporation to the Pledgor while this Agreement is in effect.
