Pledged Collateral Account Agreement

Pledged Collateral Account Agreement. Means such agreement substantially in the form of the Pledged Collateral Account Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, or such other form as may be utilized by a securities intermediary with the mutual consent of Obligor and the Secured Party, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld.
