Pledged Collateral

Pledged Collateral. All of its right, title and interest in, to and under, and/or with respect to, and/or arising from or out of, the following, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, whether now existing or hereafter arising and wherever located

Pledged Collateral. Means the Pledged Equity Interests and all Proceeds.

Pledged Collateral. (i) The property delivered or otherwise transferred by the Pledgor to the Bank and consisting, as of the date of this Agreement, of the property described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof; and any and all substitutions, additions and accessions thereto upon which the Pledgor hereby grants and pledges to the Bank, and upon which the Bank shall have absolute control over, which Pledged Collateral shall include, but not be limited to, investment property, securities, security... entitlements and any and all financial assets credited to said Pledged Collateral; and (ii) all proceeds of the foregoing, including, without limitation, the roll-over or reinvested proceeds of the foregoing. Pledged Collateral. The following: (i) the Interests listed on Schedule A attached hereto and made a part hereof, and all rights and privileges pertaining thereto, including, without limitation, all present and future securities and other ownership interests receivable in respect of, or in exchange for, such Interests, all rights under operating agreements, member agreements, security holder agreements and other similar agreements relating to such Interests, all rights to subscribe for... securities and other ownership interests incident to or arising from ownership of such Interests, all cash, interest, securities and other dividends or distributions paid or payable on such Interests, and all books and records (whether paper, electronic or any other medium) pertaining to the foregoing, including, without limitation, all partnership record and transfer books, and (ii) whatever is received when any of the foregoing is sold, exchanged, replaced or otherwise disposed of, including all proceeds thereof, as such term is defined in the Code. Pledged Collateral. Means the Shares, the Future Shares and any Related Assets.

Pledged Collateral. The CPECs, the Future CPECs and any Related Assets.

Pledged Collateral. Shall mean the Bitcoins and any related units resulting from a "soft" or "hard" fork in the Bitcoin blockchain, a revision or upgrade to the Bitcoin software code, reclassification, or other like change.
