Pledged Entity

Pledged Entity. Means each limited liability company set forth in Schedule -------- A attached hereto, together with any other limited liability company in which - - any Grantor may have an interest at any time.

Pledged Entity. Means an issuer of Pledged Shares.

Pledged Entity. Shall mean an issuer of Pledged Stock or Pledged Indebtedness.

Pledged Entity. Shall mean, from and after the occurrence of the Pledge Event Date, each Material Foreign Subsidiary; provided, however, that the term Pledged Entity shall not include TAL Advantage I LLC and any other Special Purpose Vehicle created in connection with a Permitted Securitization. For the avoidance of doubt, prior to the occurrence of the Pledge Event Date, there are no Pledged Entities.

Pledged Entity. Means each limited liability company set forth in Schedule A attached hereto, as such Schedule may be supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Pledged Entity. Means either a Domestic Pledged Entity or a Foreign Pledged Entity.

Pledged Entity. Means Blideo Inc., a Texas corporation.

Pledged Entity. Means an issuer of Pledged Interests.

Pledged Entity. Means (i) the issuer of any Pledged Stock hereunder and (ii) the obligor under any Pledged Debt hereunder.

Pledged Entity. Means a Pledged Venture or Pledged Company as defined in the Security Agreement.
