Pledged Funds

Pledged Funds. Means the undisbursed sums deposited with Lender pursuant to this Agreement, including the Deposit, the Collateral Account, interest (whether now or hereafter accruing), additional deposits made to the Collateral Account and proceeds thereof and all investments made by Lender from time to time of such sums so deposited and such income and proceeds.
