Pledged Interests

Pledged Interests. The equity interests directly or indirectly owned by GRMH and collaterally assigned to the Bank pursuant to the Collateral Assignment of Equity Interests.

Pledged Interests. Pledged Interests. All those Equity Interests in the Issuers owned by the Pledgors, including, without limitation, all of those Equity Interests set forth on Exhibit A hereto.

Pledged Interests. Pledged Interests. Means all right, title and interest of Pledgor, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, as the beneficial owner and holder of forty-nine percent (49%) of the membership interests in the Pledged Entities, together with all interests, certificates, options or rights of any nature whatsoever which may be issued or granted to Pledgor by any Pledged Entity in respect thereof.
