Pledged Shares

Pledged Shares. Means the shares of stock described in Schedule hereto and issued by the issuers named therein, and the certificates, instruments, and agreements representing the Pledged Shares and includes any securities or other interests, howsoever evidenced or denominated, received by the Pledger in exchange for or as a dividend or distribution on or otherwise received in respect of the Pledged Shares

Pledged Shares. Shall mean all the Shares of Common Stock of SI Financial Group, Inc. purchased by the Pledgor with the proceeds of the loan made by the Pledgee to the Pledgor pursuant to the Loan Agreement, but excluding any such shares previously released pursuant to Section 4 of this Pledge Agreement.

Pledged Shares. Those shares evidenced by certificates listed on Part A of Schedule I hereto

Pledged Shares. Means the Stock listed on Part A of Schedule I hereto

Pledged Shares. Means the shares in the capital of the Company identified in Schedule "A" hereto.

Pledged Shares. The 325 (three hundred twenty-five) shares of the Company of every class, as more fully described in Schedule A hereto, held by the Pledgor in the Company, representing, on the date of this Agreement, 65% of the issued, fully paid-up and subscribed whole shares of the Company, as well as the securities acquired or offered in substitution for such shares and any other shares or securities which may be subscribed by the Pledgor in the case of an increase of share capital of the Company following... an exchange, merger, consolidation, division, issue of stock dividend, subscription for cash or otherwise (provided, however, notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Pledgor shall only be required to pledge 65% of the Shares of the Company) and, generally, 65% of all shares in the capital of the Company now or at any time hereafter owned by the Pledgor, provided however that the Shares are pledged only for a number of whole shares that would be closest to (but not exceeding) 65% of the total number of Shares View More

Pledged Shares. Shall mean the shares placed in escrow by Stephanie Schissler, on behalf of Buyer, pursuant to the Letter of Intent.

Pledged Shares. Means (a) the 559,800 shares of the issued and outstanding Common Capital Stock of Citizens which constitutes One Hundred (100%) Percent of the outstanding common stock of Citizens and (b) the 18,750 shares of issued and outstanding common stock of Farmers which constitutes One Hundred (100%) Percent of the outstanding common stock of Farmers.

Pledged Shares. All of Debtor's presently existing and hereafter arising equity interests in each of its Pledged Subsidiaries, including all shares, membership interests, stock, common stock, partnership interests, partnership units, stock subscription warrants, stock options, or other rights to the capital stock of any wholly owned subsidiary of Debtor and all rights represented thereby

Pledged Shares. Shall mean 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of Guaranty Bank and Trust Company held by the Pledgor or otherwise held from time to time by Pledgor.
