Pledging Affiliate

Pledging Affiliate. An entity that is providing Collateral by completing and executing a Pledging Affiliate Addendum in the form that FHLBank may specify from time to time and that is affiliated with Borrower because (i) Borrower owns or controls such affiliate in whole or in part, (ii) such affiliate owns or controls Borrower in whole or in part, or (iii) such entity owns or controls both Borrower and such affiliate in whole or in part.
