PLEDGORS BOOKS

PLEDGORS BOOKS. The term "Pledgor's Books" means all of Pledgor's minute books; ledgers; books and records indicating, summarizing or evidencing Pledgor's assets, liabilities, the Collateral, and all information relating thereto; and all computer programs, disc or tape files, printouts, runs, and other computer prepared information and the equipment containing such information.
