PLS Representations and Warranties

PLS Representations and Warranties. Means any of the representations and warranties relating to the respective PLS Mortgages that were made by the applicable GMACM Parties in the respective pooling and servicing agreements, assignment agreements or other transaction documents relating to the PLS Bonds, a breach of which could give rise to a repurchase obligation or other remedy according to the terms of the pooling and servicing agreements, assignment agreements or other transaction documents relating to the PLS Bonds.
