Point of Delivery. Means the point (s) which has (have) been specified as the Interconnection Point(s) in the Interconnection Agreement between Buyer and Supplier, dated October 25, 2000, as it may be amended from time to time, as well as any alternative locations agreed upon pursuant to Section 4.1.6.
