Example Definitions of "Policies"
Policies. All general liability, umbrella liability or excess liability, or any other insurance policies, known or unknown, issued or alleged to have been issued prior to the Effective Date by Hartford to SB Decking and/or Quaker or under which SB Decking and/or Quaker is insured or may claim to be insured or entitled to benefits, including without limitation, the policies listed on Exhibit 2.
