Pollutants

Pollutants. Any solid, liquid, or gaseous contaminant or waste, including soot, acids, alkalis, or toxic chemicals, medical waste and waste material, and/or by-products or progeny thereof. Pollutants include, but are not limited to, all of the following: hazardous wastes or constituents (as defined in Section 1004 of RCRA); hazardous substances (as defined in CERCLA); oil or petroleum products; and polychlorinated biphenyls ("PCBs")
