POLYSCIENTIFIC MODULES

POLYSCIENTIFIC MODULES. Mean the modules and components to be developed by Poly-Scientific as part of the Development Project, as initially set forth in EXHIBIT C, and any Improvements made thereto conceived or reduced to practice by Poly-Scientific as part of a Development Project or otherwise. From time to time, the Parties may mutually agree to amend EXHIBIT C in order to add or remove one or more Poly-Scientific modules or components.
