Portfolio Companies

Portfolio Companies. Those entities in which the Company owns an interest (directly or through Joint Ventures) and through which the Company may own or otherwise have exposure to portfolio companies and any entity owned, directly or indirectly through subsidiaries of the Company, including holding companies, special purpose vehicles, other entities through which assets or businesses will be held, in each case as the context requires.
