Means any Second Lien Mortgage Loan (i) that is designated as such on the related Mortgage Loan Schedule by the related Seller, (ii) that is not a Delinquent Mortgage Loan at the time it becomes a Purchased 7 Mortgage Loan, and (iii) does not become 60 days or more delinquent while such Mortgage Loan is a Purchased Mortgage Loan.
