Position and Duties. Executive shall serve as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer Elect of BHI and the Company from the Effective Date until August 4, 2023, and as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of BHI and the Company from August 4, 2023, through the Employment Period.
