Post Grant Proceeding. Any and all proceedings before any patent office in the Territory that involves the review, examination, analysis or any combination thereof of any issued Patent, including without limitation post grant review proceedings, inter partes review proceedings, supplemental examinations, patent interference proceedings, opposition proceedings, and reexaminations.
