Post-Termination Exercise Period. The period specified in the Award Agreement of not less than thirty (30) days commencing on the date of termination (other than termination by the Company or any Related Entity for Cause) of the Grantee's Continuous Service, or such longer period as may be applicable upon death or Disability.
