PostEmployment Restricted Period
PostEmployment Restricted Period. Means the period commencing on the Termination Date and continuing until the expiration of (i) twenty-four (24) months, or (ii) in the event Employee is entitled to receive the Severance Benefits outlined in Section 3.4.2, twelve (12) months.
