Potential YearEnd Bonus. Means, with respect to each Eligible Executive, the results obtained by applying the Adjustment Provisions to the Performance Goals, but in no event may such amount be in excess of the lesser of (a) $9,000,000 and (b) twice the Eligible Executive's Target Bonus.
