PowerDsine IC Product Customer

PowerDsine IC Product Customer. Means any Person that purchases any PowerDsine IC Product (1) manufactured for or by PowerDsine, (2) sold by either PowerDsine or a PowerDsine Product Distributor directly to such Person and (3) shipped by or on behalf of PowerDsine and/or a PowerDsine Product Distributor on or before the PowerDsine IC Product Customer Covenant Expiration Date to such non-PowerDsine premises or facility as directed by the purchaser.
