PR Expenses

PR Expenses. Means the actual fee required to be paid by Syratech to VEW pursuant to Paragraph 9(d) during the Term to be used by VEW in its discretion in connection with its public relations activities, including, without limitation, the costs of press kits, special promotional events, etc.
