Pre-2005 Account Balance
Pre-2005 Account Balance. The Term "Pre-2005 Account Balance" means the amounts credited to the Excess Plan on behalf of a Participant prior to January 1, 2005, and earnings thereon, that were vested as of December 31, 2004.
