Pre-contractual Statement

Pre-contractual Statement. A draft, letter, letter agreement, term sheet, undertaking, representation, warranty, promise, assurance or arrangement of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, relating to the project made or given by a Party to this Agreement or by any other person at any time prior to execution of this Agreement (excluding any such statement which is repeated or expressly incorporated in this Agreement).
