Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Rights

Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Rights. Shall mean all Intellectual Property Rights owned by Employee or by Employee jointly with any third parties, that were created or invented by Employee prior to the period of his/her employment by Employer and relate in any way to the business or contemplated business, products, activities, research or development of Employer including, but not limited to, any invention and works of authorship of any registrations and applications arising from or related to the foregoing.
