Pre-Funded Warrant Subscription Amount. Means, as to a Pre-Funded Warrant Investor, the aggregate amount to be paid for the Pre-Funded Warrants purchased hereunder as specified opposite such Investor's name on Exhibit A attached hereto, under the heading "Aggregate Purchase Price of Pre-Funded Warrants," in U.S. Dollars and in immediately available funds.
