Pre-IPO Business. SciGames' Social Gaming business, which for the 2017 fiscal year was comprised of SG Nevada Holding Company II, LLC (now known as SG Social Holding Company II, LLC) and all of its subsidiaries; provided that the Committee shall determine what constitutes the Pre-IPO Business.
