Pre-Pay Balance

Example Definitions of "Pre-Pay Balance"
Pre-Pay Balance. With respect to a particular calendar quarter, all fees that have been paid by Transcosmos to NetSuite KK in advance under Section 6.1 no later than thirty (30) days prior to the beginning of such calendar quarter, reduced by all fees that have become payable to NetSuite KK under this Agreement prior to the beginning of such calendar quarter.
