Pre-Petition Obligations. As of the last day before the Petition Date, all of Borrower's debts, obligations, principal, interest, fees, charges, expenses and attorneys' fees and costs and other amounts, covenants, and duties owing by Borrower to Lender of any kind and description, whether direct or indirect, absolute or contingent, due or to become due, including, without limitation, (a) the Loan, (b) all obligations of Borrower under the Loan Documents, (c) all advances of the same kind and quality relating to the Loan...
