Pre-Term Possession. Tenant's vendors shall be able to occupy the Premises at no cost thirty (30) days prior to completion of Landlords Work, for installation of Tenant's Personal IT, signage, and additional furniture. Tenant's vendors shall coordinate with Landlord prior to occupancy and will schedule accordingly as to not interfere with construction of the Premises.
