PreCIC Qualifying Termination

PreCIC Qualifying Termination. Means the termination, during the 90 day period ending on the Closing Date, of an Eligible Individual's employment or service relationship by (i) the Company without Cause or (ii) due to such Eligible Individual's death or Disability, provided, that the Eligible Individual is continuously employed by the Company from the Effective Date through the Termination Date.
