Preclinical Assessment. Means any and all research, development, and manufacturing activities undertaken by or on behalf of either Party with respect to a Development Candidate pursuant to a Preclinical Assessment Plan. These activities may include studies to compare the activity of individual and combined product candidates using in vitro and in vivo assays; studies to identify methods of most effectively generating Combination Products from the Development Candidates; and other activities to be set forth in the...
