PreClosing Period

Example Definitions of "PreClosing Period"
PreClosing Period. Means any Tax period ending on (and including) or before the Closing Date.
PreClosing Period. Means any Tax period ending on or before the Closing Date.
PreClosing Period. Means, with respect to SM&P, any Tax Period ending on or before the Closing Date and the portion of any Straddle Period ending on the Closing Date.
PreClosing Period. Shall mean the period beginning on the date of this Agreement and ending on the earlier of (a) the Closing Date, (b) the day which is one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of this Agreement, as the same may be extended in writing by the Parties, or (c) the date this Agreement is terminated in accordance with the provisions of Section 7(a).
