PRECOLLABORATION SPECIALTY LABORATORIES KNOWHOW. Shall mean all tangible or intangible know-how, trade secrets, inventions (whether or not patentable), data, preclinical and clinical results, physical, chemical or biological material, and other information and data on or relating to Epoch Probes that Specialty Laboratories owns, controls or to which it has a license with the right to sublicense on the Effective Date.
