Example Definitions of "PreContribution Year"
PreContribution Year. Shall mean, with respect to an Affiliated --------------------- Subsidiary Group, any taxable year of the Cabletron Affiliated Group ending on or before February 29, 2000, and any other taxable year of the Cabletron Affiliated Group during any part of which the Cabletron Group conducted the Contributed Business of such Affiliated Subsidiary Group.
