Predecessor Entity

Predecessor Entity. Any entity which, as a result of a merger, consolidation, purchase or acquisition of property or stock, corporate separation, or other similar business transaction transfers some or all of its employees to the Company or to a Related Entity or to a Predecessor Entity of the Company.
