Predecessor. An entity, the major portion of the business and assets of which was acquired by another entity in a single transaction or in a series of related transactions.
Predecessor. Means Modern Technologies Corp., an Ohio corporation, which became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company on May 3, 2002.
