PreDistribution Taxable Period

PreDistribution Taxable Period. Shall mean (i) a taxable period or portion thereof that ends on or prior to the close of the Distribution Date and (ii) the portion ending at the close of the Distribution Date of any taxable period that includes (but does not end) on the Distribution Date.

PreDistribution Taxable Period. Shall mean a taxable period that, to the extent it relates to a member of the Wireless Group, ends after the Issue Date and on or prior to the Distribution Date and the portion ending on the Distribution Date of any taxable period that includes (but does not end) on such day.
