PreDistribution Year. Shall mean, with respect to an Affiliated --------------------- Subsidiary Group, a taxable year of the Cabletron Affiliated Group beginning prior to (and including) the Distribution of the Subsidiary Group Parent of such Affiliated Subsidiary Group.
