PreEffective Date Taxable Period

PreEffective Date Taxable Period. Shall mean (i) any taxable period that ends, with respect to such entity, on or prior to the close of the day immediately preceding the Effective Date and (ii) the portion ending at the close of the day immediately preceding the Effective Date of any taxable period that includes (but does not end) on the day immediately preceding the Effective Date.
