PreExisting Contamination
PreExisting Contamination. Means (i) the presences of hazardous materials in the soil or groundwater in, on, under or about the Leased Facility prior to the Closing Date, or (ii) Environmental Conditions in the soil or groundwater in, on, under or about the Leased Facility prior to the Closing Date in violation of Environmental Laws or in a manner requiring remediation or other corrective action under Environmental Laws.
