PreExisting Loan Agreements

PreExisting Loan Agreements. Shall mean that certain (i) Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of December 14, 2004, by and among Borrower, VLL4, Gold Hill and SVB, (ii) Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of December 26, 2006, by and among Borrower, VLL4 and SVB and (iii) Amended and Restated Loan and Security Agreement, dated as of March 8, 2007, as amended as of March 8, 2009, by and between Borrower and SVB.
